I have 27 years of experience representing colleges, universities, medical centers, and corporations in complex counseling and litigation. Since 1991, I have concentrated in the representation of colleges and universities; in 1998, I co-founded our present firm, which concentrates almost entirely in the representation of educational instittuions and not-for-profit organizations.
