Prior to opening my own firm, I practiced law at Messina Law Firm in Holmdel, New Jersey, where I started first as a law clerk, then worked as an associate, and am currently serving as "of counsel."
I have worked on a number of cases, including complex civil litigation, that involved a broad range of various questions of state and federal substantive law; sophisticated procedural, discovery and evidentiary issues; and post-judgment motions and appeals.
General practice with concentration in commercial litigation, business law, international law, tax law, and other civil litigation, including business torts, commercial disputes, consumer protection, and other areas of law.
