Our firm is an IP boutique with a reputation of providing top quality legal services at a fair price. Our litigation department is small but well respected. We have attorneys with engineering or science degrees in the mechanical, electrical, chemical and biological arts. We also have a fantastic clerical staff, and strong relationships with many foreign counsel throughout the world.
IP attorney with a variety of experience including IP enforcement and litigation, patent and trademark prosecution, corporate IP management, strategic planning, IP aspects of acquisitions, licensing and start ups. Experience includes 5 years in-house as Chief Patent and Litigation counsel at Apogent Technologies (formerly AOT;NYSE).
Technical background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering (Energy Option) from Northwestern University, MS in Engineering Physics from the University of California, San Diego as well as work experience as an engineer in the Advanced Energy Systems Division at Science Applications International Corp.
