Don is a member and former President of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and serves on the Board of the Lane County Bar Association. He attended the University of Oregon (BS 1976, Phi Beta Kappa; JD 1985), where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Oregon Law Review. He is admitted to practice in all Oregon state and federal courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
