In 2008, Mr. Abramson was named a "Pennsylvania SuperLawyers Rising Star" by Law and Politics Magazine. The "Rising Star" designation is bestowed by SuperLawyers upon less than 2.5% of all lawyers practicing in Pennsylvania.
He is admitted to practice law before all state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Abramson focuses his practice on general business and commercial litigation, and has extensive experience with matters involving contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, residential and commercial real estate development disputes, insurance bad faith litigation, title insurance, physician licensing and credentialing, and commercial leasing. He also has significant experience in lender liability matters, personal injury cases, and malpractices cases.

Based upon his first year academic achievement, Mr. Abramson was extended an invitation to become a member of the Villanova Law Review. In addition, Mr. Abramson won the 41st Annual Reimel Moot Court Competition and was extended an invitation to join the Villanova Moot Court Board. Mr. Abramson was elected Class Speaker for his law school class' commencement ceremony.
