My experience is in out-of-court restructurings, negotiating with creditors and handling business-related bankruptcies (all chapters). My current practice focuses on debtor representation, although I have represented both debtors and creditors in the past. This has helped develop a greater overall understanding of how to fashion solutions acceptable to all parties. I also have background as a mediator, which assists in the negotiating process.
