With over 30 years of practice at two large Dallas law firms David represented clients in business bankruptcies and bankruptcy-related litigation. During his career, David has represented business and consumer debtors, secured creditors, creditors' committees and bankruptcy trustees. David is admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts in Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
