40+ years of transactional and securities law, with an emphasis on capiatal formation for small to mid-size companies. Private placements and primary and secondary registered public offerings.
Fee negotiable, based on assignement. Will do hourly billing, with normal rate of $350 per hour, or fixed price fees.
