I help companies resolve business disputes. I'm a litigator by trade but I understand that most companies do not WANT to litigate. So I do my best to evaluate the risk/benefits of trial as early as possible. Of course, if/when trial is necessary, I am always willing and prepared.
As a LEED(R) Accredited Professional, I am uniquely qualified to assist with green building construction matters (disputed or otherwise).
