David Ginn advises members of the construction industry on public works, commercial and residential construction projects. His cases involve design and construction agreements, surety and insurance issues, bid protests, project management, project close-out, and claims involving defective construction, false and fraudulent claims, mechanic’s liens, additional work, disruption, delays, and other impacts. Mr. Ginn also litigates real estate transactions and commercial leasing cases.
