Summary
I practice in the areas of Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Buying and Selling of Businesses, and Partnership Law. I have been doing this for just over 30 years. I also have experience in litigation, as a judge pro tem, as in-house counsel, as an elected public official, board member, and as a business owner and operator. I speak at seminars for continuing education of other lawyers in the areas of forming corporations and LLCs, and buying and selling businesses.
Strictly speaking, lawyers practicing in Washington State are not allowed to advertise a legal "specialty" unless they are patent lawyers or proctors in admiralty, which I am not. Areas of law thaI I emphasize in my practice are described below.
