Profile:

I practice in the areas of Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Buying and Selling of Businesses, and Partnership Law.  I have been doing this for just over 30 years.  I also have experience in litigation, as a judge pro tem, as in-house counsel, as an elected public official, board member, and as a business owner and operator.  I speak at seminars for continuing education of other lawyers in the areas of forming corporations and LLCs, and buying and selling businesses.
