More About My Practice:
We counsel inventors, conduct patent searches, prepare and file patent applications, and secure and maintain patents in the United States and abroad; and we conduct trademark searches, prepare and file trademark applications, and secure and maintain trademark registrations. We provide "design around" guidance to those wanting to introduce new products without infringing patents owned by others, and conduct "due diligence" work when intellectual property is to be transferred.
