Summary
Darrell Dowty is a trial lawyer who has conducted hundreds of trials in the civil and criminal arenas for more than thirty years. He has served, and continues to serve on the judiciary of Indian Tribes in Oklahoma and the surrounding region. Darrell was Chief Justice of the Cherokee Nation Supreme Court from 1999 until 2003 and continues to serve as an Associate Justice. He has represented the victims of crime throughout most of his career, both in the public sector and in private practice.
