Mr. Duello is licensed to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Superior Court of Georgia, and the United States District Courts, Southern District of Georgia.
Mr. Duello is a member of the Augusta Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Young Lawyers of Augusta.

Mr. Duello began his legal career in 2007 with Garrett, Gilliard & Saul. He received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from Georgia State University. While attending law school Mr. Duello interned with the Dekalb County Public Defender, Fulton County Superior Court Judge John J. Goger, the Georgia Capital Defender, and Gwinnett County District Attorney. Mr. Duello earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2004 from Emory University where he had the honor to work with former U.S. Congresswoman Denise Majette.
