About Cynthia N. Sass
Cynthia N. Sass, Esquire, is the sole shareholder of the Law Offices of Cynthia N. Sass, P.A., a five-attorney firm based in Tampa, Florida. Cynthia Sass obtained her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1987 and graduated from Smith College. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1987. She is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Since 1990, Cynthia Sass has limited her practice to labor and employment matters.
Ms. Sass has been active in the litigation of employment discrimination cases in various federal and state courts, and has significant experience in all aspects of the practice of employment law.
Cynthia Sass is currently a member of the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions, and both the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Law's Leadership Development Program and its Employment Rights and Responsibilities Section. She is also Employee Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Technology in the Practice and Workplace Committee and Employment-at-Will Subcommittee, as well as a Board Member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Trial Lawyer Section. She is the past Chair of The Florida Bar Labor & Employment Law Section for 2006-07, served as its Legal Education Chair in 2004-05, and the CLE Chair for 2003-04.
