Summary
I believe it is imperative to provide each client with professional and caring service. It is my policy and practice to maintain direct communication with the client, a respectful and professional relationship with the opposing party/counsel, and to work efficiently in an effort to maintain reasonable legal fees. Most importantly, in cases involving children, I encourage my clients to keep their focus on the best interests of their child(ren), as they are the priority in any family matter.
I practice in the following areas of law: Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody & Visitation, Child Support, Paternity, Restraining Orders, Spousal Support); Adoptions; Guardianships; Collection matters; and general Civil Litigation.
