I am an A.V. rated attorney, which is the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell, and am listed in Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. I earned my B.A. (1987) and J.D. (1990) from Emory Univ., where I received merit scholarships, awards and honors. I am an Adjunct Prof. of Law at Emory Univ. School of Law; Chief Counsel for Emory Univ. Student Legal Services; General Counsel for the GA Assoc. of Personnel Services; and former State Admin. Hearing Officer for GA Dept. Community Health.
For the last 20 years, I have focussed my practice on employment law, representing corporate employers and executive level employees.
I contribute to monthly newsletters and am co-author of employment chapters of Georgia Jurisprudence, and wrote the chapters on wage & hour laws and child labor laws in Georgia Apartment Law. I am also an active seminar speaker, and presented programs for the GA Assoc. of Personnel Services, GA Assoc. of Nurses in Long Term Care, GA Nursing Home Assoc., GA Continuing Medical Education, GA Child Care Assoc., and Emory University. I am in National Registry of Who’s Who and Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
