I'm the Founder and CEO of Acendi Interactive Company, the developer of RocketLawyer.com.  Prior to starting Rocket Lawyer, I practiced business law, representing technology companies and their investors.  I've represented Yahoo!, WebTV Networks (acquired by Microsoft), Cerent (acquired by Cisco Systems) and many other early stage software and Internet companies.

I have always worked with entrepreneurs, small companies that want to grow bigger, investors and small to mid-sized law firms.
