I worked in private practice at top-tier law firms where I was involved
with complex transactional and commercial matters for Fortune 500 firms
as well as start-up ventures. Unlike many attorneys, I have spent a good amount of my career outside the legal field.
We manage our firm unlike most law firms--with an emphasis on client service, flexibility, and reasonable billing structures that leave our clients satisfied at the end of an engagement, not cringing from the bill for legal services.

litigation, immigration, as well as international commercial matters
focusing in the markets of the former Soviet Union.
