Charles Harrell's areas of specialty include land use, real estate transactions and general corporate and business transactions.  Mr. Harrell's clients include indivdiuals and businesses of all sizes.  Mr. Harrell has successfully advocated his client's interests with local jurisdictions and the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals.

Mr. Harrell is active in his local communities and is a member of the Newberg Noon Rotary Group, the George Fox Alumni Board of Directors, Salem Masonic Lodge No. 4 and Union (McMinnville) Masonic Lodge No. 3.  Mr. Harrell is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Oregon Federal Courts.  Mr. Harrell's admissiion to practice in the State of Washington is pending.
