My practice areas include business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage, contract disputes, employment matters and family law, with a focus on child custody and child support matters.
Conflict resolution is at the heart of this firm. Where possible, I work with clients to head off or at least minimize conflicts by drafting or reviewing contracts and other documents to make sure parties share an understanding of their rights, duties and obligations. If a disagreement has already arisen, negotiation is often a better option that confrontation. And where negotiation or mediation fail, I am prepared to seek justice for my clients in the courtroom.
