My practice is limited to estate, business and asset protection planning.  My emphasis is on basic and advanced domestic and offshore trusts, Wills and Probate, business formation and succession, and Trust and Estate Administration/Settlement.    My normative individual client has a taxable estate.  A typical business client is a closely held active or professional practice, or a family-owned business with 5 to 100 employees.
