Brad Peterson’s practice has focused on commercial litigation for more than 25 years. He has tried more than one hundred cases during his career, ranging from half-day bench trials to week-long arbitrations to month-long jury trials. His successes in these trials have resulted in his becoming a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, where he has taught numerous courses, including the National Program. Brad has been selected for inclusion in the "Best Lawyers in America."

Brad represents a broad range of construction clients, including general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. His focus for these clients includes full representation, starting from preparation of construction documents through representation of the clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Brad has served as an arbitrator and mediator in a variety of disputes.
