I practice law in the following areas: Traffic Violations , Criminal Law, Personal Injury, DUI/DWI, domestic and child custody, business law and litigation, death penalty litigation and other major crimes; I represent the Franklin County Board of Education and the Office of the Franklin County Sheriff for all civil matters.
I have a general practice and primarily handle the firms litigation and government practice. I have been involved in several high profile cases including representing Judge Garey Ballance in a federal corruption case and was one of the Special Prosecutors in the Michael Nifong contempt hearing (Duke Lacrosse case). I was named a "Rising Star of 2009" by the Super Lawyers state wide survey. I am on the state list for death penalty litigation.
