I served for 7 years on the Boulder County Planning Commission and am familiar with land use matters. We work with many financial advisers to create estate plans for clients designed to minimize taxes, avoid family disputes, minimize expenses, and accomplish the goals and objectives of the clients. We won't create needlessly complex and expensive documents. I represent clients in select family law matters, including adoption, divorce and post-divorce matters, often involving complex issues.
