The Denson Firm represents people accused of misdemeanor or felony crimes in the Tampa / St. Petersburg, Florida, area of Pinellas County and Hillsborough County, including the communities of Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, St. Pete Beach, Gulfport, Indian Rocks Beach, Kenneth City, Madeira Beach, and Seminole.
Since 1994, I have been involved in criminal justice in Pinellas County, Florida, and the Tampa Bay region. During that time, I have been both a prosecutor and, since 1998, a criminal law attorney for clients facing Florida misdemeanor and felony charges including DUI, drug possession, robbery or burglary, rape or sexual assault, domestic battery, and juvenile offenses. We can also assist in record sealing and other matters related to criminal cases.
