comparative law, Juris Doctor, MBA, ,
experience as an entrepreneur, and adjunct teaching experience on a law
school level, I am well qualified to advise clients on the aspects of
international trade as it affects their businesses.
I am also qualified to teach courses on a university level at the
intersection of these fields. In fact, this has been one of the
greatest joys of my professional career.
The focus of my practice is international transaction, especially advising clients regarding import and export compliance. I also advise clients on all aspects of business law, including complex transactions and litigation and corporate governance.
