Profile:

I practice in the town of Kuna, ID, just minutes from Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, ID.  Living in this area, I saw a need for an attorney to handle legal matters for residents of this smaller community. 
After graduating from Duke University School of Law, I relocated to Idaho and practiced general estate planning and general transactional and litigation law.  I look forward to helping you with your legal needs.

More About My Practice:

The focus of my practice is in estate planning.  I specialize in analyzing and drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to maximize my clients' ability to minimize unfavorable tax burdens both during their lifetime and thereafter for the benefit of their heirs.  I also analyze and draft business documents, expecially dealing with real estate issues.

Additional Information:

I prefer to offer my services on a flat fee basis when possible.  Most estate planning services are tailored in this way.  I find that this is more acceptable to my clients, who know exactly what to expect in this way.  Most family law issues and some more complicated issues (sometimes including estate planning) will be billed at an hourly rate.
