Profile:

Warner graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1998.  He is an active member of the West Virginia Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Public Justice Foundation.  He is also dedicated to improving the Charleston, West Virginia community, as he gives child booster seats to families in need.
