I practice law in the following areas: Real Estate, Business Law, Corporate Law, Nonprofit and Charitable Organizations. We provide services in developing related-entity structures in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Our real estate services include acquisitions and sales, development and financing and all types of commercial leasing, including ground and air rights leases.
I have published several books on commercial leasing problems and practices. We provide consulting services to review and recommend good practices in assembling core leasing documents for office, industrial and retail projects with an eye to protecting cash flows for both landlords and tenants.
