Ben W. Lieberman is an attorney licensed to practice law in Utah and Colorado.He holds a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from BostonUniversity, a law degree fromthe University of Denver, and an MBA from the Universityof Denver.
Ben began his legal career working for two federal judges, assisting them in ruling on issues of law and presiding over trials. Since then, Ben worked for large and small law firms in Utah and before starting his own firm in 2008.
Throughout his career, Ben W. Lieberman has been on allsides of the trial process. Beginning his legal career working for two federaltrial court judges, he has since represented both plaintiffs and defendants ina broad range of matters in state and federal courts across the country. His broad range of experienceincludes successful representation of large corporations, small businesses, andindividuals in a wide variety of personal injury, business, real estate, and family disputes.
Ben is a member of the Board of Directors of Lawyers Helping Lawyers, an organization that assists lawyers suffering with depression, substance abuse, and other problems. He has also coached ice hockey for ten years as both a paid coach and a volunteer. He won a silver medal as a coach at the 2003 America’s Cup Junior (under 21) National Hockey Tournament.
