Summary
Practice covers: Collaborative Law, Divorce, Elder Law, Family Law, General Practice, and Guardianships, and Guardian Advocacy
Elder Law experience came from years of working with elders in the home and living with caregivers. These experiences shaped a compassion for elders in need of assistance. Further, the combination of Family Law and Elder Law issues presents a unique opportunity to address significant life issues that affect most families at one time or another.
My practice focusses on Elder Law, Family Law and Guardianships. Many years serving as a Guardian Ad Litem invistigating allegations of neglect and abuse in Termination of Parental Rights cases led Mr. Ducker to serve in a similar role in Family Law cases, helping the court decide between parents when custody is challenged. Speaking for Children in Divorce cases led to representing Parents seeking Visitation, Child Support, Alimony and Equitable Distribution of Marital Assets.
