Arlene Fickler

Arlene, one of the Hoyle Law Firm’s founding partners, has concentrated her practice in complex commercial litigation, including cases involving securities laws, products liability, toxic torts, and consumer protection claims. Arlene has been particularly active in litigating the propriety of class certification, both mandatory and voluntary, in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
