ANTHONY F. DELLA PELLE is a partner in the law firm of McKirdy & Riskin in Morristown, New Jersey.  He has represented property owners and government agencies in connection with eminent domain and property tax appeal matters for more than 20 years.  He has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as an expert in real estate valuation matters, has published several articles and has lectured regularly on eminent domain and other real estate valuation issues in recent years.
