My main practice areas are Business Law, Real Estate, Contracts, Homeowners Associations; general litigation; Energy (including renewables) Development, WECC/NERC standards.

I accept paypal; have flexible scheduling; normally work on an hourly basis (no contingent fees) but will consider flat fee arrangements. Reduced fee initial consultation.

I participate in a number of other related organizations and activities, including successfully lobbying on clients behalf in regards to energy deregulation bill, SB 114. I was speaker for the Ethics, Energy Issues. Region 4 Governor to Oregon State Bar Board of Governors from 2007-2011 and serving as Pro tem Judge from 1995-2006.
