Summary
I understand that your case is of paramount importance to you. It will also be of paramount importance to me. I am passionate about helping the LGBT community navigate through their immigration issues with respect and results. I strive to craft creative, viable solutions to legal issues to obtain the best possible results for my clients. I also work with you so that you can make informed decisions about your case.
I focus on all aspects of immigration and nationality law, including federal litigation and appellate representation. I also offer services in general civil litigation and business law. Additionally, I represent musicians and other creative professionals (or aspiring professionals) to ensure their rights are protected in their dealings.
I have a multi-faceted background, which makes me more than "just another" lawyer. I graduated from law school at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, I was a U.S. State Department/IREX fellow at Moscow State University in Russia. I have worked with many human rights organizations combatting human trafficking.
I speak French and Russian and have worked abroad in Russia, France and Haiti. Contact me with your name and telephone number for a consultation.
