I practice law in the following areas: Personal Injury; Litigation; Civil Claims for Crime Victims; Civil Claims for neglient, reckless and intentionally harmful conduct. I also represent and am affiliated with Children's Advocacy Centers, which provide services and support to children who have made allegations of sexual abuse or severe physical abuse. This year, I am publishing a book directed toward Children's Advocacy Center professionals.
I represent individuals injured through the negligence and intentional acts of others. I bring civil claims for victims and survivors of crimes; claims for injuries on unsafe premises; claims for those who have suffered significant injuries due to bullying and cyberbullying; and claims for injuries due to auto collisions.
