Profile:

I counsel and represent both institutional and individual clients in a variety of workplace-related disputes in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies, mediators, and arbitrators. I also counsel clients with respect to the negotiation of employment and severance agreements, as well as updating employee handbooks to comply with relevant statutes and regulations; and reductions in force.

I specialize in the litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower and other workplace-related matters.  I also counsel management on a variety of employment issues.

Additional Information:

I received a B.A. degree from Tufts University, an M.J. degree from Temple University and a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  I am admitted to the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.  I serve on the New Jersey State Bar Association's Pro Bono Committee and the District V-C Ethics Committee of the Office of Attorney Ethics of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.  I am also Secretary of Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and on the Board of the Wharton Club of New Jersey.
