General practice of law representing clients in family law, bankruptcy, criminal, DWI/DUI, litigation, real estate and corporate matters.
I concentrate my practice in matrimonial and family law. I counsel my clients on divorce, separation, custody, relocation, child support, adoption, premarital and postmarital agreements. I also represent clients in Collaborative Family Law cases which involve resolving family disputes without going to court. I also handle bankruptcy cases, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, as well as other areas of law.
I speak Russian and Ukrainian.
