I specialize in intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, Internet law, and related litigation. I have sub-specialities in the areas of counterfeit goods and Internet domain name disputes. My areas of expertise includes practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, litigation avoidance, opinions, and contract work in the areas of licensing, Internet agreements, non-disclosure, and employment IP issues.
