I am a native of Atlanta, and have over 25 years experience practicing law in Atlanta. I began my legal career with a large downtown Atlanta law firm, and later worked in-house, in the legal department at one of the nation's largest financial institutions.I established my own law practice in 1999, and enjoy providing top-quality legal advice and personal service to my clients. My practice is focused in two main areas: Wills & Estates and Business Law.
On the Wills & Estates side, I handle drafting of Wills, Trusts (including Living Trusts, Credit Shelter Trusts, and Special Needs Trusts), and provide comprehensive, personalized Estate Planning. I also handle Probate, Will Contests and Guardianship & Conservatorship cases.
On the Business Law side, I handle incorporations, LLCs, contracts, and work with family business owners on business succession planning.
