Before You Begin

Information you may need:
- A copy of completed rental application, if available.
- The name(s) and address(es) of the Landlord(s), who will be leasing the property to the Tenant(s).
- The name(s) and address(es) of the Tenant(s), who will be renting the property from the Landlord(s).
- A description and address of the property to be leased, and a legal description of the property, if it is to be included in the Lease. The legal description may be found on the deed or other real estate contract.
- The address where the lease payments should be made.

- The current lease is expiring and property will be re-leased.
