Free Will for Parents of Adult Children

A Last Will and Testament is an important part of every individual's estate plan. This Will is appropriate for a single or married person with adult children. This document does not include any provisions necessary for minor children. The easy interview process will allow you to state your intentions for your estate after your death, including who will receive your property and who will carry out your wishes.

Use the Will for Parents of Adult Children document if:
  • You own property to be distributed after your death.
  • You want to name persons or organizations that will receive your property after your death.
  • You want to name someone to carry out the terms of the Will.

Note: If your estate will be larger than the federal estate tax exemption amount, currently $5,000,000, this document is best used for education and planning purposes. Consult a lawyer for more complex estate planning.
