Free Will - Single with No Children

A Last Will and Testament is an important part of every individual's estate plan. This Will is useful if you are single and have no children and do not intend to have children. The easy interview process will allow you to state your intentions for your estate after your death, including who will receive your property and who will carry out your wishes.

Use the Will - Single with No Children document if:
  • You own property to be distributed after your death.
  • You want to designate the persons or organizations that will receive your property after your death.
  • You want to designate who will carry out the terms of the Will.

Note: If your estate will be larger than the federal estate tax exemption amount, currently $5,000,000, this document is best used for education and planning purposes. Consult a lawyer for more complex estate planning.
