Free Web Development Agreement

In this Web Development Agreement a Web Developer agrees to provide services for a business or an individual through building a website. The Web Developer is not an employee of the business or individual that is contracting for services.

Use the Web Development Agreement document if:
  • You will be providing services by developing a website for a company or individual as an independent contractor and not an employee.
  • You will be contracting with a Web Developer who will develop a website for you or your company.
