Free Transportation Contract

Transportation Contract refers to an agreement whereby a contractor provides transportation and related services of goods. Under this Transportation Contract, Service Provider is also known as the Carrier and Service Recipient is also referred to as Broker. Service Provider is an independent contractor, who desires to furnish Motor Carrier service to Broker for the transportation of general commodities.
This Contract can be used for sale of services from a business to another business or individual.

Use the Transportation Contract document if:
  • You are a Service Provider who is ready to act as a Carrier in order to provide transport services to others.
  • You are a Service Recipient who is ready to act as a Broker and will be accepting transport services from the Carrier.
