Free Strategic Alliance Agreement

The Strategic Alliance Agreement is a formal arrangement between two or more companies who have agreed to share resources in a specific project. A strategic alliance is different from a joint venture in that a strategic alliance allows the partnering companies to remain independent, whereas a joint venture requires that two or more companies pool resources in creating a separate entity.

Use the Strategic Alliance Agreement document if:
  • You think it will be mutually advantageous for your company and another to work together and share resources on a particular project, for example by joining hands with another corporation which is a pioneer or specialist in your area of operations.
