Free Pool Service Contract

In this Pool Service Contract an independent contractor agrees to provide services relating to maintenance of a pool for a business or an individual. The independent contractor is not an employee of the business or individual that is contracting for services.

Use the Pool Service Contract document if:
  • You will be providing pool maintenance services for a company as an independent contractor and not an employee.
  • You will be contracting with an independent contractor who will provide pool maintenance services to you or your company.
