Free Model Contract

In this agreement, a Model agrees to provide services for a business or an individual. The Model is hired as an independent contractor.

Use the Model Contract document if:
  • Will be providing modeling services for a Service Recipient as an independent contractor and not an employee.
  • Will be contracting with a Model who will provide services to Service Recipient.
