Free Memorandum of Agreement

A Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA"), also known as a memorandum of understanding, is a formal business document used to outline an agreement made between two separate entities, groups or individuals. A MOA usually precedes a more detailed contract or agreement between the parties.

Use the Memorandum of Agreement document if:
  • You are ready to enter into a transaction (e.g. purchase, partnership, employment) with a party and would like to have a general understanding of the agreement in place before the details are negotiated and finalized in a subsequent agreement.
