Free Certificate of Substantial Completion

This document can be used by a Contractor to certify that the substantial work has been completed on a construction project in accordance with the contract documents and only minor items remain.

Use the Certificate of Substantial Completion document if:
  • You are an Architect who wants to certify that a contractor substantially completed the construction project so that they may receive payment under the contract for achieving that milestone.
  • You are a contractor working on a construction project and you want to certify you have completed the required work.
